Long story short. I’m still here. Twitter permanently banned me because I put a tit in my profile picture. Literally. And it was actually a fucking accident because I forgot about that rule. I appealed the ban and was contrite and apologetic but their response basically consisted of “No, fuck off, we hate tits” or whatever… something like that. So, ten years of Sweet Emily J Twittering is forever lost into the digital ether. C’est la vie.
I’d just create a new account, except… I’m having a bitch of a time trying to do that! It seems that they have really stepped up their security when it comes to previously banned users trying to sign up again. I’ve tried different emails, phone numbers, devices, wifis, IP addresses, I don’t understand how they know it’s me every time. So, I plan to be back, but it seems that it will be a bit of a challenge and may take some time. In the meantime, I will work on posting more often here on my site, and I will be sure to update you all whenever I am able to successfully create a new Twitter account.
