What an interesting concept expressed in this video. We truly are our own worst critics. Self image is crucial to how we live our lives and a having a positive self image is vital to our happiness. While some keep busy by dwelling on their own imperfections, others are noticing their true beauty. This clip focuses on women, but I believe that men will be able to relate too.
This video is simple, but when taken for face value, and viewed without cynicism, it is quite meaningful. It touched me, and I hope it touches you too.
